Yeah you're right, I've just checked and they all seem to be out of stock of the black version.

Is the TC75 and n9ii really exactly the same? The TC75 cost 40 more euros at my local lining shop. But I might just buy it for the lovely black version. Poor wallet.

Yes, it's the same. And if you're so sorry about your wallet, then just get the green/bronze one as long as they are on stock clearance sale. They will be the last ones of their kind.

    Turbocharging 70/n7ii vs 75/n9ii

Hi guys I need your suggestions between the n7ii and n9ii.

My friend is looking for a new racket. He is currently using Duora Z Strike and he felt that it was too stiff and he didn’t generate enough power from it.

He is a front court player and he needs a racket that can help him deliver smashes when he is at the back court, but also compatible for front court play style, such as fast reactions, good defense, drive, net play, good control, etc.

Which one will you suggest from n7ii and n9ii will be more suitable for the replacement?

    Thanks before!

N9ii is more allrounder and better at the backcourt than N7ii. N9ii easier to generate power for smashes.

But the n7ii doesn’t fall far behind in power smash than the n9ii, right?

N7-II is more designed towards counter attack, it has a more direct feel than n9-II, and has less « give »

I’ve already owned the TC 75C, do I still need the n9ii / TC75? The global limited FHF edition makes me craving for it

The n7ii doesn't fall too far behind in power smash, but I still can't find a better all-rounder than the n9ii in terms of power, speed, and control. Sometimes when you just have that one quick chance to score a power smash winner, my n7ii just at times doesn't have that extra muscle like my n9ii to bring the shuttle down.

I agree, when you have the time to prepare for the power smash the N9ii wins hands down. But when you have a little less time, I find that N7-ii is more efficient because of its higher stiffness!

. I owned a 4u astrox 77, do you guys think n9 ii will be an upgrade? I'm a front court player mostly but like to have more power from the back, thanks in advance for any suggestions or feedbacks

If you want more back court power, yes.
But it depends on what else you want.
I think N9ii is an excellent all-rounder for both singles and doubles, as is the 4U 77, although I find it a bit too light for me. (I have both).

You might find your astrox is sharper in the front court. But if you are happy with the flex, I think N9ii should be a good match.

I played 4U ax77 and recently got a N9 II mostly for singles and as backup because my astrox starts to crack.
But while switching between those two I always liked the N9 better, so I use it for doubles too now.
The N9 felt heavier at first but the swing is really fast and easy. Funny thing is that the 3U N9 is only 2g heavier than the 4U ax77 (94g and 96g).

What grip size is your astrox? The grip of the N9 is really thin...

I have the 4ug5, from what I read in this thread, s2 almost the same as g5 right?

Appreciate all the response, will source for one in hk since I'll be there this weekend, hope to find a good deal. Oh one more thing, should I string it with no.1 @26lbs?

    Yes, it’s a regular G5.
94 g? You must be using lots of grips on it?
My 77s are 88 g stringed, only overgrip.
