I currently use the 2 rackets

    1) Adidas Adizero Pro - very fast however lacking power on both forehand and backhand

    2) Victor JS10 - fast with better power but still lacking in smashes

I'm looking for something fast but still packs a punch, ideal specifications
    - medium Stiff
    - balanced
    - under £100

Any particular weight, brand, colour or other factors? Medium stiff and even balance is kinda like shooting fish in a barrel. There will be dozens of nuances that could make you love or hate a racket despite it meeting the requirements.

Presumably aerodynamic head like the JS10 rather than boxy?

Apacs commander pro - fast with a punch
Apacs Ziggler LHI Pro II - packs more punch but might not be as fast as you want
Yonex Durora 99 - fast-ish with a punch depending on forehand or backhand side of the frame

I have only really used Victor and Adidas recently but have also used Yonex in the past.

    I think I'm looking at
    - Ashway XT1600
    - Ashway Phantom helix (cant find any reviews)
    - Adidas uberschall F5 (will have to wait a month until its available in UK)

Speed & Power is something that never walk in the same path... Kinda like water & oil.

You get more speed but you losing some power or you get more power but losing some speed. You need to find some point where it fit you in speed & power.

As you didnt break your racket, instead looking for a new one, how about experiment abit with balance tape. You experiment alot copying the logic of E-tune & astrox. E-Tune at 10, 2, 5, & 7 or Astrox at 12 & 6.

i guest your are the one who want to hijack this thread by asking new question:D

    For the question.
Normally its ranged from 1-5 & the naming is kinda confusing itself.
    1 flex
    2 mid flex
    3 mid .... Eeeerrrr flexibility
    4 mid stiff
    5 stiff

Usually i will say mid stiff 4/5 or mid 3/5 if i ask about stiffness just to point out my stiffness meaning.

But different brand have different typical like most Lining would be softer than Victor in the same flex name.

"Shooting fish in a barrel" is a way of saying something is easy and likely to succeed with every attempt.
