Lol MS match. Just left to take a quick shower and it was over in a flash.. Muslims are prohibited to drink.
Who would have imagined that both the singles finals will be so lop sided. Even after pvs won the first game convincingly I still had this fear for pvs and thought that second game will certainly be much evenly fought but not to be. I was impressed with how focused and determined PV was. Her coach Kim has certainly done a great job with her. As for men's singles I don't know what to say, I wasn't prepared for what came after women's singles. The centre court was suddenly turned into a slaughter House, thanks to pvs and km.
Any other links to watch the badminton? I feel it's a mistake having the para-badminton on at the same time. Some attention taken away from para-badminton.
Second time Indian flag went up! Great! You made us proud too Sai! 36 years after Prakash Padukone in MS at WoCh. And I do think you have the potential to do even better. This has been a good year for India at world championships. I m thinking... (In bwf top ranking events) 2011-2014 at least a bronze for India. 2015-2018 at least a silver for India. 2019-2022 at least a gold for India? Hmm...
Thank you. In spite of having more than 4-5 star sports channels ,not even one is covering the Finals as they are busy showing football or Cricket or Kabaddi. Its a pity.
If this is going to be another lop sided match by the defending champion, I will just think that Wang/Huang was unlucky with the draw to meet the suddenly brilliant Thai pair in SF
Yeah, I grew up with them and best buddies. That's why it's so weird when Indian 'experts' in badminton used to think I was biased against Indian players and would try to flame me. I was just laughing at them.
Unfortunate he had to meet the Momota who is in top form. Otherwise, he would have reached finals seeing how he decimated Anthony and Jonathan in straight gamess.
I am expecting the XD Warlord Zheng/Huang to win this battle in straight games, but THA pair really needs to find a way to prevent ZSW from attacking.
