She's just 14. She'll be a better player in future . Riko is definitely a class apart from her. Malvika has started focussing on seniors maybe she's not eligible for junior age. Tasnim won Asia u15 title in GD last year.

It was all over for team India when Meisnam lost. Had he won, maybe we had a slight chance in BD as India is weak at GD. It's interesting to see Japan BS player Takuma Kawamoto has played mostly doubles and was fielded in singles for this tournament. He has a playing style of refurbished Tanongsak.

Who's the second best Japanese BS player after Kodai ? I've checked Takuma profile in tournament software. He's played only one singles iirc in Osaka Challenge.
That's a good question. I don't think anyone is close to Naraoka's level currently, although Kawamoto did actually manage third place in the inter-high championships held this August. You may want to keep an eye on Takei Riki, who is still only a first year HS pupil. He was the national junior high champion last year, and he has been included on the team in this Championship.
