At age 26 now, my only hope for him is that he is a late bloomer, a la Wei Nan, Hu Yun, Sho Sasaki, in particular. No definite signs yet though the potential is there, I think.

Yes, 19-year-old Wang Zhiyi is getting more impressive step by step by beating Intanon Ratchanok narrowly today but not anywhere as sensational as the two-year younger KOR An Se Young who has so far scalped bigger names than her.
