I asked for the name of the seller he checked with, and he literally gave me the phone number of Victor's TW headquarter o_O and tell me to call them

Utter horse ****. They don't entertain anyone outside their distribution zone. That's why victor Europe exists. If he wants to escalate it let him. You have the means to prove that it is real. He is grasping at straws.

Exactly. So I’d ask him for pictures of the buttcap, codes and let him explain what are the indicators of it being fake.

If he doesn’t provide the facts, and simply escalates it to eBay/PayPal, then fight through it. You have done nothing wrong, so why avoid the confrontation? In a worst case, you take the racket back (shipping is on the buyer!) and you sell it to someone else. But don’t go down without making it hard for him. At least that’s what I would do.

Definitely will do. Money is one thing but there's also what's called principle. eBay has generous money back policies, but that doesn't mean he can abuse them.
The reason I don't want to get to return is because he's been having it for literally a month. He may have bloody dragged the frame around the court and if eBay force-refund me riding on the fact it's not "authentic", then I'm left with a half beaten TKFC.

Ebay will never agree to give any conclusion about the authenticity (it is not their job), so if he will not provide proof by himself he will loose the case.

You still have old pictures of your item condition at the point of sale yeah? Keep those and ask for photos of the item condition before it returns. If it isn't in the same condition, you should be able to fight it completely. Doesn't make sense to get back an item in worse condition than when sold while still having to refund.

I do. Those have been eternally saved on the server of eBay. And given that he didn't come back to me immediately when he received the racket, that means he received it as the pictures said.
eBay are known to usually side with the buyers, but I do believe they still have concience. Can't just agree with all the fake claims coming their way. Who would want to sell there anymore if they do :p

    Yes. This racket has fake.

See below pictures and there is a seller on carousell selling this fake racket but he/she mentioned it

Now that you mention warranty, I just realised that I did take some pictures of the warranty card that came with the racket before I took it off for stringing. It says on the card that Victor appoints the company as the exclusive distributor or Vietnam.
Can't believe it didn't cross my mind before.

Interesting. Didn't know there would be a fake for such a limited run racket.

The dodgy shaft code is very clear though. Not much to argue about here.

Oh definitely. Can't deny the fact that TTY has a solid fan base. Where there is demand there will be a supply.

    I once said that I wont buy ARS90K 3U
    But i did haha

Very hard to resist the offerings, S$140, so I bought 2 pcs

ARS90S and ARS90K have the same frame design with some differences:

    ARS90S, RRI 7/10, BP 309 final, 89gr
    ARS90K, RRI 8/10, BP 315 final, 89gr

Im happy so far with ARS90S and ARS98K, let see tomorrow, im going to play and test ARS90K

    hi @hm_andhika

When measuring that BP, did you replace the original grip with an overgrip directly wrapped around the wood? Just using the original grip?

    Okay sure

    Original grip removed
Then 1 thin layer transparent tape (only to protect the wood handle)
    + overgrip ac102

ok Thanks. I usually use several layers of cushion wrap + over grip. I have that racquet, maybe it will be down to 310.

wierd a speed racket to have such high BP. Did you do some customize or do you use thicker string?

removing the factory grip and using cushion grip as the main thickener of your grip will remove a ton of weight. I think the factory grip is 7g, and a cushion wrap that has been wrapped enough to equate to the thickness of the factory grip will be 1g or so. That's a 5-6g difference, which gets you 15-18mm of balance point change.

I think this is a perfect example of why BP is horrendously unreliable as an indicator of how a racket actually performs.

IMO BP as a data point should only be considered when rackets are unstrung and with factory grips on (or with plastic wrap if we need to be pedantic).
