I’ve got the Aerus 3 in the blue and the 65 ZM2 in the black/blue. Both are great shoe. I personally find the Aerus slightly more comfortable and very lightweight. The 65s feel slightly more stable but this far have had no issues with either.

With Yonex its basically three choices:

Aerus - low cushion, low weight
    65 Z2 - average cushion, avg weight
Eclipsion - high cushion, high weight

I've used the eclipsion and 65 z2 both. I prefer eclipsion as feel the weight differences are so marginal on performance as a player (even up to A level singles) that I would rather just have stable platform to play with as I'm nowhere near that level.

Also getting new insoles could be an option - you could get the aerus' and get some superfeet insoles.

May I suggest the Victor P series if you are ok to look outside of Yonex. I tried aerus, eclipson. Own a pair of Yonex 65z, Victor s82ltd and two pairs of Victor p9200td. Yonex shoes tend to sit low and flat. The Victor P9200td has the better cushioning and stability. They are not as flat and have a small heel to toe rise(is my guess). This helps with movement despite being just as heavy.
Durability: Yonex outlast's the Victor because the outer rubber sole is harder than Victor's.
Grip- Victor p9200 has better grip. Again thats because of the softer rubber outsole.
To me personally I don't want my shoes to last forever. I like new shoes every year!!
The insoles of Victor are soft and provide high cushion and they don't last long. I replace them after a month with Yonex insoles.

    Hi
    I brought aerus z and 65z
Felt both are not that good when compared to comfort z I own right now
65z feel better than aerus though
    So returned both of them
    Again started shoe hunting process………
I have stopped using factory insoles
I use spenco insoles which are great and durable also

I got a doubt that y most yonex sponsored players use 65z2 if they have less cushion than eclipson or comfort z ..?.?.?.?.
