Lol. How I wish Malaysia better than India in terms of all you mentioned here. Leave the pollution. Nowadays, everywhere there are pollution. But considering what happened to one of your own country players by Malaysia"s very own politician, India is far far more safer to players and coaches. Even Malaysian coach Tan Kim Her applied for doubles coaching. It seems he is leaving Japan. So, please let's not deviate from the topic . Mulyo applied for Singles coaching. But BAI still did not take any decision. Might be finalised on January.

My predictions for the other Finals:
WS - Tai Tzu Ying [1] vs Akane Yamaguchi [2]
WD - Chen Qing Chen/Jia Yi Fan [1] vs Lee So Hee/Shin Seung Chan [2]
    MD - Takuro Hoki/Yugo Kobayashi [5] vs He Ji Ting/Tan Qiang [16]
MS - K. Srikanth [12] vs Loh Kean Yew

Hopefully, I can watch the MS and MD Finals live later....rooting for Loh Kean Yew to lift the biggest title of his career today!

I think it's wildly unfair to suggest the there are any major issues in preparation in the Japanese team. First. don't they train in independently sponsored clubs and not at a national center? Further, Momota had to come back post car accident and having COVID only to be met with an onslaught of tournaments. Everyone has high expectations for him but there's a huge risk for injury in getting back into shape under a time crunch. And Yuta getting injured for the very last match after playing sudirman, winning denmark, winning french, semi loss in indo masters, runner up in indo open, runner up in HCBC finals, and then finally getting injured in (or shortly before) the world finals. I can't imagine he was back home between these tournaments pushing himself to limits. Rather he, and all the other players playing all these tournaments, were home trying to maintain fitness.
This isn't even mentioning Japan having a massively deep talent pool representing in all these tournaments really well. How can we say they failed in preparation when they have Akane having marathon matches against An Se Young and the other WS players in these tournaments and not being injured? Same can be said for Hoki/Kobayashi. Remember, other national teams are also seeing injuries. They're nothing new to the sport. Very few players are playing in peak form. With the results the Japanese team is seeing, even including the players that are injured, I don't see how you can make the argument that they're doing something wrong.

TTY running out of ideas, AY's retrieving ability, consistency and counterattacking, that smash, are posing quite a bit of difficulty for TTY's game.

Let's see what TTY can come up with in G2 - more injection of pace and deception?

The Super Retriever is at her best again, the right time , the right place - if TTY's repeated attacks are repelled, as long rallies tend to favour AY, we knows who's going to wear the WS crown today.

They do have centralized training camp, most of the times before large tournaments
And yes, we have heard numerous injuries coming out of this training camp. Not only post 2020, but also pre-2020

Definitely but has she got the consistency and stamina to keep doing it rally after rally? It certainly helps if AY starts to tire a little from all those running , however, TTY may be stretched quite a bit too. A test of their willpower and determination.

Avoiding simple errors is important as well , but you can't help it if you're fatigued, it's not a matter of form only.

My intuition tells me it's going to be another case of elusive major title for TTY
