    Hello,

I have a racket that is 1-2 months old. 1 week ago when I played with the racket, during the warmup. I heard a strange noise. I continued to play, but after a while I noticed that my racket was sounding very strange. I had a look at the racket and found that the shaft had a crack

Can I claim this on warranty?

I had a clash before on the racket head, but that should affect the shaft right?

Living in Sweden, bought the racket from Denmark. The shop want me to send the racket to them so that they can send it to Yonex. Do you think I should contact Yonex DK directly? THink they'll probably send me to the shop to handle this as a warranty claim

Yea you should probably contact the original shop if they are a partner with Yonex DK.

The shop did a great job. They decided to send me a new racket.

    Peace.
