    MEN'S SINGLES
Taufik Hidayat vs Chen Jin -- despite the closeness of the scoreline between him and Park Sung Hwan, Taufik certainly looked very relaxed. I hope he wins tomorrow to erase the bad memories of the previous 2 Finals this year

    MEN'S DOUBLES
Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah vs Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong -- an All-MAS Final and the younger pair has an edge. But, if Choong/Lee can reproduce their form today, they might stand a chance.

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
Jun Jae Yun vs Xie Xingfang -- the Chinese to take it in straight sets.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung vs Gao Ling/Huang Sui -- the Korean pair has had a good tourney so far, having beaten a Chinese pair. Can they retain their title? Gao/Huang has the edge.

    MIXED DOUBLES
Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen vs Fang Chieh-Min/Cheng Wen-Hsing -- yawn...today's match should be the real Final. The Chinese pair to win their first title since last year's China Open 2006.

Ass usual, I agree 200% with badMania! Tomorrow, the 'usual' badminton-world-order is take place... 1 title for INA, 1 for MAS, 3 for CHN... Yup, this is today's badminton world as we know it...

I don't deserve to be categorized in the same league as badMania or Sandy... I'm too biased towards INA... [I admit I am not close to neutral when giving opinions] ...Though not as biased as taufik-ist and Indra... :D

I can't help but feel patriotic towards my homeland... :p

When comes into Playing against Chinese players in the Singles. Taufik is all out no mercy... depending on his mood. He knows that the Fans don't like China to win in the MS.

Waa, my name got mentioned alongside the Great Loh, Krisna, BadMania and future Great vching!!! As quoted by vching, all I can say is "Bangganya!!"

    MEN'S SINGLES
Taufik Hidayat vs Chen Jin -- a match Taufik should win (after losing the last two finals). I am very impressed with his consistency over these last 3 tournaments, obviously being a father stabilized his mind. While I do respect Chen Jin, it seems that his game (net game especially) and thinking on court has not matured. Made heavy weather of himself against an injured and inspired WCH. All Taufik needs to do is to play his trademark net dribbles all day long to get this thing safely through.

    MEN'S DOUBLES
Choong Tan Fook/Lee Wan Wah vs Koo Kien Keat/Tan Boon Heong -- the old guys to take this through. They were more sternly tested yesterday (still angry with Astro for cutting the live feed :mad::mad:), and came out with flying colours. Besides, no pair has a better defence then CTF/LWW.

    WOMEN'S SINGLES
Jun Jae Yun vs Xie Xingfang -- the Chinese to take it in straight sets. As usual the 1st game will be tight, 2nd will be walk in the park.

    WOMEN'S DOUBLES
Lee Kyung Won/Lee Hyo Jung vs Gao Ling/Huang Sui -- Gao Ling is not burdened by XD duty. Koreans can make this an interesting 3-setter.

    MIXED DOUBLES
Xie Zhongbo/Zhang Yawen vs Fang Chieh-Min/Cheng Wen-Hsing -- As Han says, yawn... Chinese to win this convincingly, if only to help calm their frayed nerves as preparation for better performances in the next SS tourneys. Have not been impressed with XZ/ZY this past year .....

Except for Xie/Zhang in the XD, the other finals are a toss-up, including WS. Jun Jae Youn has been a favourite among PAWers these few tournaments.

i dont get why everyone believes that the XD title is guaranteed to china. like everyone, says XZB/ZYW have not been performing up to expectations. Fang/Cheng have taken the top XD pairs like Limpele/Marissa and Zheng/Gao to three sets before. Cheng Wen Hsing is a world class WD and XD player and has beaten Gao Ling in XD. She also lost to Gao/Huang in WD but in another close 3 setter. Everyone, please stop being ignorant...jeez. They may not win, but im sure it won't be the most boring match.
