I think the reason for the lost is they dun want to meet the CTF/LWW in the next round.

Watched the match. They basically blew it. Lose focus and too many errors.

I did't watch the match but as i said just now they are probably helping CTF/LWW to gain some point so that they would qualify for olampic.
    What you think?

Why I didn't see any threads on "FHY/CY lose again???"

What is the objective of this thread? To me, it serves no purpose but acts as an open door for bashing.

No alfa, they are not overconfident. Both of them look fatigued - I watched the match on GD Sports. They were out of sorts, out of focus whereas the Taiwan pair were fired up. Hope they get good rest.

In post match interview, KKK look dissappointed with their own performance.

Similar with Fu/Cai against Zakry/Fairuz but to me Fu/Cai more physically tired, maybe Cai Yun not fully recover from injury.

    I think not.
They are tired mentally and physically.
And they probably are having trouble recuperating from the jet lag from Europe... sometimes, it takes a day, other times weeks

Not really. Korea Open has the biggest prize money among the 12 Super Series. For instance, MS champion of Japan Open received USD16k while Indonesia Open USD20k.

i don't think it's the same at all........this is even a bigger upset than FHF/CY's loss as Zakry/Fairuz has been the finalist of IO and at the same time are Rexy's charge. So CHN loss was somehow still reasonable.

This is an unknown pair. I think they underestimated their opponents, should have won of the match since they both had been leading in both sets.;)

Upsets make tournaments interesting. For every sad Malaysian fan, there are more happy Taiwanese fans.

If you follow the latest trend closely, the Taiwanese has been making steady progress in the doubles departments.

Besides, everybody trains hard to win and the Taiwanese pair may even train harder for this tournament.

So enjoy the game (and the upset too).

This shows us that badminton in MD is very competitive....from KK/TBH or CY/FHF...good news is that it will make badminton more interesting for each match...Taiwanese coach were happy last nite as they have 2 MDs in QTR....also MAS has 2 also..while Ina/korea/China and Denmark has one...

I meant similar in the sense that both KKK/TBH and Fu/Cai were tired, not in the opponents they lost to. To me, KKK/TBH looked more tired than Fu/Cai.
