I think there are couple of issues here: I have the impression that Rexy is over loaded, which is rather obvious. He acts emotionally may be simply because he is too stressful as he has pointed out himself. A professional player and a successful player can't be too emotional. A suggestion to him: get more assistant coaches, or recommend someone to the BAM to take over his position as mixed or women doubles coach. I strongly support him as men doubles coach and hope he will stay for many years, he is a top class coach. Why are there players and coaches resign from BAM to the other clubs? If they were happy and treated well in BAM, I don't think this could happen. May be some of them may still move to these clubs, but not such a massive movement. From the reverse point of view, if BAM is doing well, then good players and coches from these club may join BAM. May be BAM should have stopped fingers pointing outwards, but try to resolve any internal vulnerable issue.
I think after a coca cola or two, it should cool him. I think it would be unwise to leave before he carries out his promise of winning the Doubles gold in the Beijing Olympics. Quit after that if he wants.

How could a great coach as him being too emotional, not just once, but twice He said his first mission from now is to focus on communication with players " I would like to have a better communication with my players, i want them to understand my feeling/opinion; at the same time I love to understand theirs mind as well."
Hmmmm, my eagle sensory antenna find this statement very familiar. Rexy made a similar statement in The Star end of 2007, sthing like "I thought they understood me the same way I understand them." Anyway, all major newspapers will run the story tomm. The malay version would be closest to what Rexy said since he normally answer in Indonesian malay.
Hopefully the players will buck up soon, especially KKK/TBH. They hv to realize that things cant be taken for granted anymore, must stand up enough to shoulder the burden with Rexy.

Any decisions he'd made,i would support him.I guess the failure isn't really come from him,as a coach.It's maybe something else.Really..i believe he did the terrific job already.Not long after his signing,KKK/TBH finally break the curse in all england.He have made a pair that used to be playing for different partners,n made them to be no 1 in the world for a while.That ain't something that an ordinary coach can do. So..if he insist for resigning,let him do so.I believe that he would make the best decision,for himself,his family,n for malaysia.There's no point for pushing him to coach again,if he already lost confidence n feeling for it. So,please malaysia..do this guy a favor for what've he done for ur country. Just support him for whatever his decision is.
