    Sigh..Confidence matter again..Well,i think you are right about Lin Dan ability to read the shots very well which is his biggest weapon..In today match,he can read every shot that return by LCW while LCW is not that good..:rolleyes:

    Indeed. With CY/FHF not in good form, LD will not have the luxury to play half-heartedly as he did in 07 Sudirman.

    Yeah, too many errors from LCW (mostly unforced).

    LD anticipated the shots very well and replied some seemingly unretrievable shots, that frustrated LCW and he started making unforced errors. LCW was shouting in frustration towards the end of the 2nd game (trailing 17-18, I guess) when he sent the shuttle into the net.

    Can ENG beat CHN? I hope they can. For now, 4 countries have the opportunity to win XD in OG, they are INA,CHN, KOR & ENG. CHN & ENG have many good XD pairs than the rest.

    Lin Dan is the favorite for the Beijing Olympics. It will be his gold medal to lose now. However, I still think he still has this one little worry about Taufik Hidayat ;)

    Well he is also the favorite here right? His first round exit on the previous OG will also serve a great reminder for him to play better in the coming OG. It is not speculating, just predicting.
