Romeo is European, but no, I'm Kevin :p I've had that nick for as long as i can remember, back when i used to write a lot...i was somewhat of a poet, and most of the stuff had to do with love and romance, so what better role model to follow than Romeo? ;) Unfortunately, i'm through with writing anything and putting that energy and time into training :D besides, i know like a bazillion other Kevins, and even more on BC here, so i'd like to stand out as much as possible ;)

    Yey.. I won (well, almost)!!!:)
I have 2 kids too & it is so hard to find time to play badminton after taking care of their commitments. But, nowadays, I take them for training on saturdays and we as a family spend almost the entire day at the gym playing badminton. It is so mucg more fun that way.
    Good to hear your story...

I'm an athlete. Sorta. Maybe brains first, and brawn later, but I like to play sports, even though I'm only good at running and badminton. Dunno why I put the 1234 in, but I know that typo-ing my handle was the worst typo I've ever done.

Few past years ago, i searched for a name in dictionary that never being used to register an email.. With a random pick of page, I list down all the names that interest me.. I've got at least 50 names, then I started to check it's availability, but only 1 in 50 that never being registered, so I managed to use this name.. But then when I check again for the meaning of my name in that dictionary, I found out that I spelled wrongly.. It supposed to be zydeco instead of zydoce.. :p So, if you found my name somewhere else in the net, it'll be 99.999999% me :D

You typed one wrong out of 50 words, not bad. Otherwise you could find more of them "available":)

Mine was a street name where I lived before. Don't know whether it's about "wood" or "bird", but I like them both :D

    The story behind our nicknames

    .
Read that thread too. It's interesting to know the story behind our nicknames or usernames.

I didn't need choose mine. People referred to me as Chris@CCC (CCC is the name of my Badminton Club), so I used it.

Lucky me... I didn't need to think of one.:cool::cool:

Perhaps our moderators could merge that thread with this one. :):):)

    Er...

The last post in that thread was over three years ago.
Reviving that thread would amount to gravedigging.

Also, that was begun and continued in the General Forum.
Now that we have a Chit-Chat sub-forum, this is the place.

That's two reasons why this thread wasn't merged with that one :)

The third reason could be that many names in the old thread don't ring a bell anymore.
