LD could be deported from Malaysia . Hahaha... If LD had punched the shop keeper, LD could be deported from Malaysia, and therefore 'punched out' from the ABC 2008. .
Thanks....Jesss..... Maybe RM 500.00 was nothing to compare with.....the sum .....that some one bet...........in their trainning match...............
That is not sportmanship from you ! We can dislike someone but no reason to wish him a badluck for their misfortune.
If I am U and happens in front of me, I will personally refund him RM500. It is bad enough that it happened to your invited guess and yet you cheer for that. What if any Chinese fans read your thread ? embarrassing ?
Tell LD to buy hp and grip from LCW . susy_forever...... It is to continue one's thinking process. I often use it. winnie...... The next time you see LD, you'll have to tell him to go to LCW's shop for hp and grip. .

this is a very bad image to our country.. wonder if any european or tourist from all around the world thoughts towards Malaysia
What makes you think the story is true and LD's a victim? My first question is, 'Is this story cooked up?' and if not, what's LD's motive in telling it? This kind of story can have one key effect: Smear Malaysia's retail reputation and leave a lasting bad impression. Why would LD want to do that? That's so small mind.(Can you imagine LCW having a bad shopping experience in CHN and telling netizens about it? LCW wouldn't do that because 1. he has better things to do and 2.he is smart enough to know it can happen anywhere and the last thing to do is to taint a host country's name because it would reflect badly on him.) Let me give 2 possible reasons why LD told the story: 1. ABC (mainly MAS) fans did not give LD the WR1 reception he expected. Instead LD was booed because of his poor behaviour.Creating the story was his way of getting back at MAS (fans). 2. Assuming the story were true,it's LD's way of showing his retail innocence and for someone who's travelled all over the world, that's rather unbelievable. My experience with JB retailers has been pleasant. They are very accommodating and if there's any special request, they will try their best to help. So, in LD's case, if they have to make a special order for that handphone model, then it makes sense to ask for a deposit which at least will cover their cost, otherwise they may be left holding a baby no one else want if LD changes his mind. Which he perhaps did! LD has tarnished Malaysia's good shopping impression in his own little way.Well, if I were a Malaysian and knows Mandarin, I would rebut that story the way I did here to neutralise it and let people reflect better. Maybe, jasonmarc, you can do your country a favour.
I still doubt bout the news..y LD never report to the police if the salesman reject to refund to him??
mayb as what pjswift said, it's his fault at the 1st place as there is no way that the salesman would want to refund the RM500 deposit to him after he decided not to buy the handphone.. this is because the sales man need to pay for cost of the handphone which he also cant return to the supplier.. as u know, hp become obselete very fast.. so he need the money to cover his lost in case he cant get buyer for the phone.. this is normal in business
