Look what I've found! Brand new Old Ti10!

    I just found an brand new 1st generation Ti10 today. Please tell me if this is the head heavy model or head light. Thanks.
    Specs 2U G5, Code on handle 220726SP. Code on shaft 3932354

    Head heavy i supposed.Where n How much u bought them for?I thought this 1st generation ti-10 is still alot in stock in indonesia.

    Ok will post pics later. I bought them in Bandung and cost Rp1,1million. The 2nd generation (Black and yellow) is only Rp865,000. The 1st generation Ti10 is extremely hard to get nowadays.

    If it is the 2nd generation it is more headlight than the first generation. I find the 2nd generation to be pretty even balanced actually.

    I know there some shops in bandung still carrying this racket.
    That's the reasonable amount you paid.
    1st generation is head heavy, and if you took G5 it will be more head heavy. 2nd gen is slightly head heavy.
    My recommendation string for this beast is Bg 66 sharp, Bg 65ti, bg 68ti.

    Still undecided on strings. They recommend nanogy98 which cost almost 15% of the racket. A little too expensive to try. I may probably try BG66 or use my current Ashaway ML.

    I have both 1st and 2nd gen.
    I tried also bg66, it doesn't suit me.
    This beast is suppose for offensive player, Bg 66 is more to a control string.
    just my 2 cents

    BG-80 White at your usual reference tension is good :).

    Since u like the high repulsion string,go for BG85 then,0.67mm..

    I fully agreed, my 2nd gen is using Bg80 now.

    Bg 85 is another option to choose.

    For me I don't recommend Bg66 for this weapon.

    That's what I think I'm gonna do. Anyway I'm currently happy with my At700 old model and Ti10 new model in 3uG4. So this Ti10 will probably be for my son (when he's old enough to play badminton). Hmmm...reminds me of an advertisement for a watch to use it for my Ti10...
    "You don't really own a Ti10, you merely look after it for the next generation":)lol.
