If the corset and the knee straps are for injuries rather than support, WC did well. XXF kept lifting high to backhand knowing she could not backpaddle fast, reach around her head or turn and snap back to face the net. But the result is expected and WC's play was true to all her SF and F form - she won only one F since leaving China. She's from the Daiyun/ ZhangN era; GongZC overtook everyone, but even before she left WC lost her place in the team to ZhouM and GongRN.
Pity BCL lost - he wasted 5/6 points due to left shuttles which fell in - incomprehensible in set 1, when you do not need to conserve energy.

It was said by the commentator that she had the straps for injuries. And she was playing the backhand than the overhead cause of those injuries which prevent her from making clean overhead shots.

    To Anatolii - Your welcome.

A lot of players were complaining the shuttles were slow. They are using a new brand of shuttles. Apparently after a few rallies the shuttles slows down. Heard someone for the factory asking for comments from the players.......i bet they won't get a good review.

Must be a Chinese conspiracy. Food poison your opponents and make it seem like the flu :D . Wait a minute, the MD final match is not China against Malaysia. Well, it must be get revenge for the Malaysian team beating the Chinese in the MD team semifinal :D .

No. The Malaysian are easier than the other to get sick because they did not participate in overseas competition as often as others for the current year. If they go oversea less, more difficult in adapting to foreign food, water, bacteria etc
