To me the real big ones are:

    Sung Ji Hyun [KOR](unranked) defeating Ai Goto [JPN](WR 29) 19-21, 21-18, 21-18

    Rasmus Bonde/Mikkel Delbo Larsen [DEN](unranked) defeating Shintaro Ikeda/Shuichi Sakamoto [JPN](seeded 7,wr 13) 15-21, 21-14, 21-13

    Yoshiteru Hirobe/Hajime Komiyama [JPN](unranked) defeating Richard Eidestedt/Andrew Ellis [ENG](wr 25) 21-15, 17-21, 22-20

    Ko Sung Hyun/Jang Ye Na [KOR](wr 104) defeating Chris Adcock/Gabrielle White [ENG](wr 23) 16-21, 21-19, 21-14

We will now watch out for the 2 unranked KOR Singles players.

2009 Korea Open SS Day 3: Shon Wan Ho [KOR](unranked) defeated Joachim Persson [DEN]

    .
With Shon Wan Ho [KOR](unranked) also defeating Joachim Persson [DEN](WR 6) 21-14, 21-13,
we cannot now not say that SWH is not a new rising star.

Along with Shon, you guys keep an eye on Park, Wan Ho (the same first name) even though he was defeated by Peter Gade in the first round. :)

Gao Ling/Wei Yili are unranked, new partnership, the seeding was based on their partnership with previous partners
