Its really a bit rude to take pictures of people when they are eating. They might not decline out of courtesy but its still not so nice. Imagine not having any peace even when you eat, it can get a bit irritating.
That's quite right, and no need to be a professional player for that. My club's trainer is malaysian and once he cooked some malaysian food for us and it was really really good.

Peter Gade gave his shirt to a supporter upon request after his match against THAI. Great pics! One of the picture show a WD team not wearing the same uniform/shirt. They were playing with Thailand WD team. If that's the kind of prepareness they got, I don't think they will win. It's all in the details. Edited: I looked at the background, noticed that it is the Denmark WD team. Score 7 vs 9.
