    MS - Kento Momota (JPN)
WS - An Se Young (KOR)
    MD - Hoki/Kobayashi (JPN)
    WD - Matsuyama/Shida (JPN)
    XD - Puavaranukroh/Taerattanachai (THA)

The online ticket are already sold out due to high entushiasm of local badminton diehard fans, on the spot ticket remains approximately 10% only as I read in several medias. 2021 edition INA Masters had been upgraded into S750 and implemented bubble system (without spectator) in Bali but this year the tour level is back to S500 and held in regular venue Istora Senayan.

Looking at the draw, almost all top players will take part here, only Japan which sends B team and seemingly their A-listers eye higher tier S1000 INA Open and S750 MAS Open in following weeks. Home favorites the Minions are slated to return in action also Spanish sensation Carolina Marin as well, it's been a long time for three-time World Champion missed the regular tour, she appeared briefly in Uber Cup competition against Aussie team.

They will prioritize higher tour to accomodate hectic schedule in SEA region : INA Open, MAS Open and MAS Masters.

Carolina Marin, Kim/Kong, Brian Yang, Prannoy, etc have withdrawn from this tournament according to ts latest update.

So, it's still possible to see those missing big names (such as Momota, TTY, etc) in INA open next week, isn't it?

Havent seen the withdrawal list yet.

Im just wondering if they already planned that way (those in main draw) oR they already reached Jakarta and decide to take the week off?

and why is Putri Wardani in the press conference when shes not even playing in this tournament or is she?

Yes, INA Open is one of S1000 tours, top players should not miss out.

2 Chinese MD pairs going through the qualification but no Liu/Ou?

and well oh well there will be NO Chinese pair in MD main draw for IndonesiaOpen, prolly the first time it happened barring any withdrawals.

we are looking at unseeded CHN MD pairs for a long time (and MS too for that matter) , at least till 2023 ends i guess. and obviously many upsets can happen if they face the seeded in R1. Making iof a great watch

Ahh the Mas pairs gonna face Liu/Ou i think its AaronSoh
