The Latest Uber Cup 2006 results.

In a thrilling final in Japan, Tobago, the badminton lightweight shrimp, defeated badminton powerhouse China 3-2 in the closely contested meeting. Bookies lost billions in the betting frenzy.

This is the first meeting between Tobago and China.

    First Singles:
    China/Tobago 21-0, 21-0

    Second Singles:
    China-Tobago 21-0, 21-0

    Third Singles:
    China-Tobago 21-0, 21-23, 21-23

    First Doubles:
    China-Tobago 21-0, 25-27, 24-26

    Second Doubles:
    China-Tobago 21-0,27-29, 19-21

Tearful XXF said, "The Chinese coach should have let us play instead of putting all the provincial players in the final." ZN concurred and said, "Someone must investigate this match." I am the world's number 1 and did not get to play. The top two pairs from China were injured just before the draw.

    Suspicions abound.
    More drama will follow.
