It's not a huge gathering by any standard, but I think it's a blessing in disguise... it was just insane out there on the courts last night:eek:. Average 5 games only for some of the people I talked to last night... usually 8 games average or more during regular weekends.

I'll be in town july 15 - 18th - I'm rehabbing my knee, so there is an outside chance I can play, but I will stop by..

I gotta put poor PeteLSD though some nasty weight training
I'm all for an eatfest - could use some dim sum :D

Actually, a lot of the South Arm Community Centre regulars dropped in last night. That's why some people averaged 5 games.

If I attempt to play all night long, Mrs Wolff will insert my raquets in a very unpleasant place....

Went out on the bike last night for over 30 minutes and I'll start lunges tonight - if all goes well I hope to be out hitting with the Cooler and guys at U of C this weekend.

Got a shipment of Gosen 88 string coming in and I managed to track down two more of my beloved Forza SP-9000 racquets. Hope to have the smash back on track for VRC.

Apparently, 30 mins on the bike is what I do everyday to get the knee back on track. After bike, it is mandatory to hold weights in each hand and each squats . . . Siggghhhhh, an injuried knee is the most difficult body part to heal properly.

And even after your knees 'healed', you're still gonna do it all the time;)...

OK, let's get this straight. It's Madbad, NOT Badmad. There's some other dude out there called Badmad. Anyway just back from Seattle with a bunch of goodies from the Adidas and Nike stores (at the new outlet mall). Will be on display the next time. Thanks for the games Sat night–too bad I didn't get a chance to play with you or Cappy. Next time.
