It's not a huge gathering by any standard, but I think it's a blessing in disguise... it was just insane out there on the courts last night. Average 5 games only for some of the people I talked to last night... usually 8 games average or more during regular weekends.

Went out on the bike last night for over 30 minutes and I'll start lunges tonight - if all goes well I hope to be out hitting with the Cooler and guys at U of C this weekend. Got a shipment of Gosen 88 string coming in and I managed to track down two more of my beloved Forza SP-9000 racquets. Hope to have the smash back on track for VRC.
Apparently, 30 mins on the bike is what I do everyday to get the knee back on track. After bike, it is mandatory to hold weights in each hand and each squats . . . Siggghhhhh, an injuried knee is the most difficult body part to heal properly.
