    Malaysia BOLEH...!!!
I was there to witness his fighting spirit to fence off the defending champion. Yes, he has improved in terms of skills and fitness... but... he is still far off from the top level... may be he has just joined the "darkhorse" group, definitely not those big names yet.

speaking technically, he has injected speed n endurance on court. however, he still lacks variety of shots (just like the Viet). Most of their shots are predictable.

Lets not get overhyped for his triumph over Boonsak and we shall see if he progresses further in SO and IO.... will cheer for him tmr :)

I was there when KBH won over Boonsak. I do agree that it was not an easy win for him. He managed to overcome his own fear and exhaustion when he was playing Boonsak. All of us at the player's bench including his buddy Chong Wei was cheering for him. At least he has broken his mental barrier for now. The Win over boonsak will be meaningful to him.

Absolutely agree with both observations. I think KBH has potential but he have to overcome the mental block of the 2006 TC disaster. It seems that he has come a long but sure way to overcoming that.
I felt that he has pretty good footwork, powerful though not exactly very accurate smashes that can be enhanced as a real weapon. Great stamina and fighting spirit. However his netplay need a fair bit of improvement.

It is just the beginning or a good start for KBH but definitely for sure he had overcome his mental barrier which has been haunted him for 2 years.

He must maintain the consistency if he wish to go far. This guy has the potential after all.

One good match doesnt meant he had overcome his mental barrier. Consistency is the key. Won't be surprise if he being kick out during Qualifying round in next SS which all the top guns will be competing
