You're extra cheeky today, oldhand. I don't think both are bothered by TH. TH will be in same group as LCW since Sony is seeded no 2. PG has a good record against TH. TH withdrew after CHN 's withdrawal so where's your logic? Then TH decided to do organisers a favour by replacing NW who decided not to replace TH in the end. Whatever it is, TH's a crowd magnet. Regardless of his match condition.
LCW & Peter can defeat an injured/unfit Taufik anyday... They have nothing to worry about... Note: Taufik is really injured after HK SS... A bit old laaah...
Yup, Oldhand's cheeky alright. In that case, maybe your ambulance service will be needed Before the matches start, due to cardiac arrest, etc,
Yes...it was happy hour..4 can of Stella artois for 40 ringgit....sharing it with Reid and Nicole....then Pi and Xu stopped by....( too bad...no more beer)...
That's the magic of KK. The air is so clean and the atmosphere is so carefree.Guess all the players will enjoy themselves, win or lose.
Lee Chong Wei has every reason to be bothered and losing sleep At the Macau Grand Prix Gold 2008, Taufik Hidayat beat Lee Chong Wei At the French Super Series 2008, Taufik Hidayat beat Lee Chong Wei And now comes another potential encounter! As for Gade: If you watch the video of the first game of the French SS 2008 final, it's clear that the Dane didn't stand a chance against the Indonesian. But injury put paid to Taufik's chances (and, of course, that isn't Gade's fault) And tongue-firmly-in-cheek, here's my take: It's true that Taufik withdrew after China pulled out. But then, maybe it became worth it to rethink the decision. After all, the weaker the field, the lesser the pressure
It can't be the money that has persuaded Taufik to re-enter. Perhaps he is confident that he is fit enough to take them on. As we have often seen, anything is possible with this gentleman
Courtesy of http://www.taufik-hidayat.com this is what TH write regardless his confirmation to SS Final. Sorry, if re-post and is it side news or not. ==================== Kinabalu here i come! 2008-12-16 10:28:00 Hello guys, How are you? i trust you are well. I guess the guys who runs the website has informed you that i have decided to participate in the Super Series Masters Finals. I decided to cancel last week, following a back injury that i acquired during training in preparations for the Finals. I admit that even now, i have not fully recovered from the injury, my back still hurts and i still don't feel up to a perfect condition which would enable me to play 100%. But, after talking it through with the event sponsors, as well with my team of coaches, and more importantly. the wifey, i have decided to honor the Finals and will be going to Kota Kinabalu latter today. I am hoping that by being there, seing the court and the spectators, i would be able to push my body into a 1005 condition, if not, so be it. i, at least hope to bring my best game into the competition. To answer a question by sk_bach27@yahoo.com in the shout out, my happiest moment? perhaps winning the gold medal in Athens. It was surreal, an almost too good to be true moment in my career. It didn't properly sink in until they played the national anthem and handed me the medal. Everything afterward the ceremony were all blank for me, just that precise moment. it hit me, i just won it! Hope that answer your question. And to the person who post a question about the game before sk_bach, if you would kindly repost it, i would gladly answer your question. Anyway.. Adios guys!! 9 more days until Christmas! hope you all have bought presents for your loved ones! See all of you in Kota Kinabalu, if you could!. Taufik =================
What more you want...?..hauge.. ZM was happy because she is relax.......no pressure in this tournament....I think she should do well in this one......
I would agree with jasonmarc, ZM's recent success was because she was always happy and relaxed ..... no pressure in any tournament.
When a player reprensenting his/her country.......the pressure is always there.......since ZM become a free player...I mean carefree....she is enjoying badminton now.........good for her.....
should be typo mistake (100%), cause % is up of no 5 in keyboard. Probably TH write that in a hurry. I don't know.
Hmmm.. ..yes, the news is fine as it is a side news... ..but Taufik wrote all of those in English (or translated)??...hmmm...Gotta confirm with Hau-ge if Taufik indeed sent/wrote those msgs...
Well, I suppose the players, VIP ticket holders and our esteemed Indonesian Team Manager is preparing for dinner now. For me, it's quite a bumpy ride to KLIA on the LCCT skybus.
