More properly : Oppa (오빠) is said from a girl/woman to a man/boy , when the man/boy is older than her Hyung (형) is said from a boy/man to man/boy, the younger to the older Noona (누나) is said from a boy to a woman, the younger to the older Unni (언니) is said to a girl/woman to a girl/woman, the younger to the older The olders, man or woman call the younger boy/man/girl/woman : (동생) Dongsaeng And as Narnia said, those names are only used when the two people are close enough.
