    And..

..what's the price tag??..i hope it won't burn my already thinning wallet..:(

Btw, speaking of GM, Ford & Chrysler and Mr. O'Drama, i read/heard that he's planning to order some 17,000+ fe/hybrid vehicles?? And he'll used a bit of the automobile stimulus money to purchase them.

about 2-3 hrs i think. HOWEVER, it can go anytime as well because it has a gas powered generator. It got that covered.

if i remembered right, eVaro team only spent ~1.5M$ to build 3-4 working prototype. Look the billions $ bailouts to the detroit 3, they don't even have one that could come close to this. These guys is like steve job and bill gates in their early days, building incredible machines in their garage. The battery (3rd party) they got is incredible, that is the crux of that car;) Other parts they built from scratch.

    Hmm..about the battery

..is this somewhat related to the competition that was announced by i believe McCain last yr or 2 yrs ago? That he said he will reward anyone who could come up with some sort of technology that will prolong a car battery??..
    http://www.usatoday.com/money/autos/environment/2008-06-23-mcain-car-battery_N.htm

Oh, yeah, it was mentioned in this thread, last yr:
    http://www.badmintoncentral.com/forums/showthread.php?p=909332#post909332
..i'll believe it once they start manufacturing and sell it on the market..

the car is built to win the prize, the criteria of the contest are:

    100-125-mile range on electric power
    135mph top speed
    0-60 in 5 seconds

    lateral g is 1-1.5 (i believe)

so it better than your average sport car.
