I agree. I am desperately hoping that that picture is of a poorly copied fake... Unfortunately, That picture does seem to match the pictures ants posted a while back =(

If only that yellow did not have a hint of green in it...and had a sheen/ sparkles, like you know that paint that looks like it has shiny flecks in it? That would be cool!
Perhaps there's a purpose to its colour scheme. Maybe, just maybe, when you swing it fast enough, it creates a glowing lightsaber effect! On a more serious note, who would buy such a racquet (looking like that) even if it is considered as the latest and most technological advanced racquet? The more I look at it.. the more unpleasing looking it is. Or are we all just being a little too harsh? It didn't look that bad in the teasers..
I now hope that Yonex will release it in another better looking colour scheme as an alternative, like how they did with the NS8000, Ti-10, AT700 etc but with the original design specs intact or if not improved, not like how they did with the three models I just mentioned....
QTF~ And like some of the badmintoncn.com members were saying, I think Mizuno did a far better job with yellow on the newest edition of the TC500, even though I don't like the color scheme on that either.

Them BadmintonCN guys just confirmed that the picture I posted earlier is only a demo that is sent out to be tested, I believe ants has one of these "demo". The commercial version of the racquet should be much better in looks. We can only now wait for the true version to come out on Sept. 19...
To say the colours are a bit disappointing in an under statement. However, I'm looking forward to trying one and will judge the racquet on performance. If it does what it's supposed to I'll buy it.
Finally some good news. Let's hope it better than the demo. Seem to recall seeing a picture of Peter Gade using a 'black' ArcSaber 10 prior to its release. Let's hope the Arc Z follows a similar approach in improving the look of the final product.
i heard Z Slash will improve strength by 50%, agility by 48% & intel by 44%... not sure if that's true
My guess says that the one pictured here could be a "test type colour" version which is hopefully nothing like the true mass production version which Yonex will strictly not want to publicise until the actual release date. We have nine days left to go....
Dang! Good thing I just had a look here, that is u.g.l.y . Was ready to put in a big order today but I think I'd better wait for the actual realease date . Would be wicked if they released that pic just so the clone manufacturers will jump on it hahaha. I remember seeing this year's FC Barcelona jersey in bright orange on eBay and craigslist type websites when the actual one is closer to salmonish .
