Hi, I just purchased some BG85 strings and on the back of the package it states the following: "To ensure minimum "slack" Vectran, tension should be 5-10% less than BG65. That sounds confusing. Eg. If I normally string BG65 at 23lbs, that would mean I need to string in around 22.xx lbs. Is it even possible to be so precise? Anyway, just wondering if people have any feedback as to whether they string their BG85 strings at a tension different than BG65. Thanks.
BG85 is a bit stiffer than BG65, and it will lose tension less quickly; so just string 1lb lower or something, it'll feel similar.
