Hello Lancer, RSL rackets and strings will be available within this week at AlHamdan store (Sitten). But you can visit at AlYamamah Hotel, they are another dealer of RSL equipments aside from AlHamdan.
That's good news, we'll have a check on Thursday... Do they accept orders? Hope to meet you guys there in Riyadh. Sometimes we play @ the former SPIS...What about you? Thanks Bro,
Okay, I finally tested out the Diamond X2 and the Millenium Diamond X2 pro. The Diamond Pro is a relatively stiff and very light racquet. It reminded much of the old Forza Titanium 1100 - very quick for defense and touch, but not a smashing stick. If you are a defensive player that use a lot of slice attacks and deception, I can see this being a pick. The Diamond X2. This is touted as as stiff racquet. Well, the designers at RSL need to give their head a shake as this is NOT a stiff racquet... feel like a wet noodle. Now that being said it does generate a lot of power, the problem is that I found it to very hard to control. When taking a full swing on smashes and clears it did quite well, but I could feel the flex big time. When I backed off to hit touch and flicks, control was a real issue. This a racquet I'd suggest for someone with a slower swing speed looking for more power. Cheers VW
Which Diamond X2 did you tried ? There's AP (3U), SP (4U) and FP (5U). Your description of it feeling like a wet noodle is the kind of feeling I get when I tried the AP and SP, sold both of them away. I suspect this could be due to the diamond pulse technology where you see bumps in the inside of the head. I had the Heat 9500 and it felt more a conventional racquet.
have to try my newly strung heat 9500 tonight.. > BG-85 at 27lbs tension will post feedback on it tomorrow
I got mine from Pinas and 'twas sale from tobys for about PHP4t, I'm not sure in here probably around 400SR.
Just came back from k.l and j.b last week.Been asking and searching around for 9500 but was told out of stock!! I mean:c'mon man,i've been asking like 10 or 12 shops but none of them have it??anyone around these area have any idea where to get the 9500?the shop that Alexch recommended have to wait till next month.thank you.
Hi Bro, yup, i've tried Zelm before but can't handle the head heaviness of the racket, and somebody trade in his X3 silver with my Zelm so grabbed it without any hesitation. i use x3 silver and 9500 heat alternatively. x3 strung with 28lbs, 9500 @26lbs. So far been satisfied with the performance of both rackets, though its lighter but can give a decent smashes... i'm no good player,so can't give you a nice review of the rackets but for now i'm settled with my RSL rackets...
x3 silver and x2 blue forever...... just like it says. bad bitchin rackets. these rackets are great when you want to beat the daylights out of somebody or when you just want to lie low and do a mellow game. FOREVER. or until the x4 series comes along.......
would like to ask what is the most suitable or ideal string and tension for the heat 9500?? i am currently using YYBG66 at 26lbs..
BG66 at 28 Lbs not bad... Good control and good feel... But for power it might be lower than 26lbs except u can swing faster when smash ( High tension + fast swing = powerful)... Btw, I am using Laser 9900
