So far I have only seen skanbuzz saying bad stuff about this dealer and a few others saying the dealer was fine. Hopefully for skanbuzz, that was a special case and he can eventually get it resolved. The dealer's feedback on ebay was fairly good. he sells about 30 items per month and so far only 3 negative feedbacks. hopefully he is same honest even if making transactions on paypal directly instead of through ebay.
Hi loveleo, yes & thanks. It is true that his feedback on ebay is fairly good.. but what reason for me to say bad things about him? Maybe it is my bad luck but if he is a good and honest businessman.. he took my money and did not send me my goods especially after so many many months.. I wait and wait. I too thought he might be just busy or out of town in Singapore or Johor or Pulau Penang. maybe busyness is so good that his stringers are not able to cope with string so many many rackets... but until now he had not reply my query nor give me my goods nor return my money.. Put yourself in my shoes ... do you think he is honest? I am sure he and his supporters are watching this forum so ask him let him explain himself.. I welcome any feedback and reasons from him All I want is my money back and if he return all my usd£140.. I will close this thread and announce to all future Racquet_sports buyers that they should continue trading with him.. it up to individual assessment of risk I can't stop you if you want to encourage others to trade with him.. but if he succed in one.. he will get bolder and try on another .. maybe as they said.. "it is my bad face(look)" no doubt.. his price is good.. better than APACS canada and better tha Apacs UK.. better than some others shops in Malaysia selling Apacs. but because we are trading online and do not see each others..there must be trust and honesty..otherwise the whole system break down.. There was a post where a guy in Malaysia post that he bought goodsfrom him and it is ok but I post back why a malaysia in KL buy from him when in Malaysia you can get 2 Apacs for less than MYR170..with stribgs too. I think that is him with another log on. but until now... he had not done anything So it is up to you whether you want to trust him or not but I am just posting my experiences and warning to others not to fall into the same trap... excuses like supplier let me down.. no stock .. waiting for my stocks... models discontinue..etc Please if you know him or in contact with him ask him to explain himself and pay me back my money..

Hi skanbuzz ,glad to know things are shaping up, please keep us updated. Also, i suggest that you only request this thread to be deleted AFTER you get the money...it is his mistake to start with. Taking money from people this way is not just a mistake it is a crime. Also being Malaysian myself, I am really sorry that you have to go tru this.
I hope you can get your money back from this seller. Two mistakes you probably know you've made...1st ordering outside of Ebay, 2nd waiting too long, you should have taken it up with Paypal much earlier. I for one am glad you posted, I was looking for a couple APACS rackets and he was one of the choices I was going to place an order with. I've since ordered another brand. I'm sure your thread and BC's popularity has prevented other potential sales as well. Keep us posted on the outcome. Even if you are threatened to delete this thread, I will post of your headaches with this seller if anyone asks about him in the future.
I haven't read this thread while i ordered the Tantrum 160 2 weeks ago from this guy. It make me worry now. The item was already paid for and I only received 1 email from him saying there is no stock, then he did not answer to any subsequent emails from me (3 so far) trying to get him to change order to another racquet model.
My apologies, I wish to take back what I said above. Andrew from racquet_sports did reply directly to my gmail. I just checked my spam box and found his replies. For some reason all his mails were filtered by gmail as spams.
