Anyone who runs 100m dash in under 12 seconds should be considered extremely fast, even though they're still pretty slow compared to the olympic runners.

Similarly, even the best recreational player would not get many points against a professional badminton player.

Yep, agree. Though I was "fast" for a mere mortal at 11.7x, my friend, at the time in high school who won the state 100 meter (and eventually played Professional Football) could do the 100 in 10.9x and was still improving. He beat me by like 15+ feet every time we raced. Similarly, he got beat by 15+ feet every time he raced elite sprinters who could regularly do 10.2x. :p

    It's all relative. :)

If you include Gatlin's doping ban, the top fastest runners list is splattered full of DQ due to doping. What Lin Dan needs is some of what they're having.

I guess lol..I just had my 3 and 4 lap run about 1-2 weeks ago. I usually run on grass since peter said it's better for you knees. But for my timed lap runs I usually go concrete, and BOY OH BOY...my knees KILLED me while running and it hurt for a few days =(...I guess my knees doesn't like running on concrete:p

Naw, running doesn't hurt my knees much. It's the lunging in badminton that's the killer.

    MUST be Bg80!!!!!!!!!

NBG 95 sucks at hitting feeling, and it drops tension very fast!!

Repulsion should go to BG80!! CHeers!

I was one of the people who swore by bg80 for years. In fact i used bg80 exclusivly for almost 5 years. Then I took a few years off badminton (don't ask me why:confused:) and when I came back it felt really hard (yes, it says so on the package, duh:rolleyes:). I tried to lower tension but lost a lot of control. Then I tried the trusty ol bg65 and that was dull as hell. NBG95 came as an ok alternative.

My advise is to try it.
