I don't think there are many. Maybe you should ask " Who here was/is in their country's national team? " maybe you'll get a few more.
Avnish, I hope you will be among the best in the world in due course, honest! MetalOrange p.s. continue what you love doing and surely you are only going to get better.
Im in my states squad/team. Training hard to attemp to make the national squad in 2010 or 2011. Depending on how well i advance with my training next year when i return from overseas holiday.!
I wish you guys all the luck. If I could turn back time, I wish I started playing baddy earlier than high school. And I wish I have consistently played. I still have a lot to learn. And I'm already old. So there's no chance getting into the RP team.
Does it count if you are the unofficial national mascot and have played against the top players of your country? To the left, the unofficial USA Badminton mascot. To the right is Panda's reaction after scoring against Howard Bach.
Since you have taken the North Pole, I will have to move to South Pole BadFever, you are in Ausie. Isn't the South Pole closer for you?
We can both move to North/South Pole, which ever you prefer, and form a team for Thomas Cup then. Let's see. With my age and standard of play in badminton, I don't think I can even make it into Brazil or Kenya national team.
well my country didn't send anybody to pan am games or anything like that and hasnt in a while but i do play international tournaments for them still so i am a part of my countries national team.
Africa Schools Badminton Championships starting Monday 14-Dec-2009 . Hi Avnish, Just found out that Mauritius is hosting the first ever Africa Schools Badminton Championships in your Mauritian capital Port Louis starting today, Monday 14-Dec-2009. And Mauritius will be represented by the St Esprit College for the boys team and the Ebene State Secondary School will represent the girls team. Also heard that points earned at this tournament will be considered for international rankings. I met your Mauritian Badminton Team when they came to play at the 2006 Commonwealth Games held here in Melbourne, Australia. And have you met/played Karen Foo Kune before? She attended Monash University in Melbourne and was the captain of the university team. Are you from St Esprit College and participating in this tournament? If yes, hope you will earn some ranking points. And do tell us who are the African Badminton rising stars. Cheers... chris-ccc .
