an hour in the gym everyday , keep me in good tone ... , that just help my stamina on the court ....for those 1.5 hours singles game , you need to be in your top form , especially if you are schedule for 2 single matches and a MD match on the same day ..it takes alot out on you....especially if it 3-5 days in a row.
i was joking but i have very little ive been trying to gain weight for years i infact keep getting ill when i play too much because i have no energy seem to not get ill as much at uni so its either my mums cooking is bad or im just eatig more at uni on a daily basis
