Update as of March 9th, 2004:

New organizing method: racquets to be used strictly on types of shuttles.
Reasons: Better durability and easier adaptation.

    Feathers:

    1st racquet: Yonex Carbonex 22 (2U/G4) BG80@23X25lbs
    2nd racquet: Pointfore 5500 T3 (3U?/G4) BG80@23X25lbs

    Nylon birdies:

1st racquet: Carlton AS-Ti (Carlton factory string/ tension about 23lbs)
    2nd racquet: Victor Super Ti-7 (3U/G4?) factory string (~20lbs)

Backup or loaner (both types of birdies):

    Victor Discovery Pro

My main racquet (at the moment) is the YONEX ARMORTEC 500 although I am looking at getting the ARMORTEC 700 / 800 OF or the INFLIGHT PREDATOR 1000 (which I tried yesterday, and thought it was great!)

I still have my 'old' racquets (can never bring myself to getting rid of them - despite what my girlfriend says!! She doesn't understand the connection a player has with his racquet - old or new!:D )

    The list is as follows:

    • VICTOR POWER BORON
    • PRO KENNEX CARBONPRO 727
    • CARLTON AEROGEAR 600
    • CARLTON AEROGEAR F750
    • CARLTON AIRBLADE "RASMUSSEN"
    • YONEX Ti5
    • YONEX ARMORTEC 500

At least you have some decent old raquets. My old ones are rubbish and I still keep them.

Thanks for the offer, but you may want to look at the link below which reviews the Airblade Rasmussen. I have the one with a (quote) "longish white tapered plastic thingy" which I don't think you would be interested in although I think it is a good racquet.
