I think Malaysia expect a win from Wong CH. If Roslin lose.. i think our thomas cup dreams this year wil not come true. Our second doubles... I pray for miracle! I think we will win the 3rd singles.

If we can win our second doubles.. there is still hope.

Taufik beats Roslin like a underdog.

Roslin is too old to smash already, balik kampung lar...

Now we have to hope that our 2nd MD can win.

I think Malaysia expect a win from Wong CH. Now Poslin has lost the match.. Our second doubles... I pray for miracle! If we win our second doubles , i think there is still hope. Most likely our 3rd singles will win. Most important now is second doubles.

INDONESIA!!!! taufik was very good in the second game, won 15-2, he absolutely dominated and controlled the game.. roslin was powerless to do anything, partly due to his passive style of play.. taufik just made him run round the court and killed the points with his powerful & accurate smashes... definitely one of hidayat's better games.. next, flandy/eng to seal the points against chew/koo!!!! INDONESIA!!!!!!!

I don't know why Misbun field Roslin in the first place.. i would rather put Lee Chong Wei against Taufik.

roslin certainly didn't play his game...

he was too eager to attack... ....

his game is RALLY STYLED not smashing...............

and he tried to create too many opputunities for himself at the net... causing him to lift the shuttle.. for playing too much net....

when taufik played net, he should have just push it to the back court.. and not play net again... hoping taufik will lift

Great that Denmark won.. (well, some of us think so), but it worries me that Boesen performed so badly. Does anybody know if there are any obvious excuses (injuries etc.) or if Boesen just was exactly as unpredictable as he usually is..

too defensive finally gives its toll to Roslin, he shoulld attack more during the second set.and most of the points are from his mistakes,..i think more than 5 was out.

Lee CW is known to crack under pressure as of now, he is not really matured enough for such high pressure conditions. And during the ABC he was destroyed by Taufik in KL, what more now in Jakarta? To expect him to suddenly pick up his game and play like a champion is too much to ask.

Putting Roslin in is trying to pit defence against attack, so the gamble failed. As I mentioned earlier, Taufik is HARD to beat at home so, be prepared.

    On to MD 2.

actually i think he tried to play his rally styled game, but taufik knew how to increase the pace of the game and put him under pressure with his jumpsmash and fake jump-chops. then roslin tried everything else, playing net, smashing etc, but taufik just manipulated him further, in the end he was lost and blanked out. the indonesian commentator said roslin gave his best but it was not good enough, i tend to agree with that, honestly i felt he was simply outclassed by taufik. :) no offence.. :p
