i'd recommend keeping your favourite racket i've broken my ankle and had a very bad knee injury i'm slowly getting back into the grind of badminton it can happen! don't give up hope!! haha
Just curious.......how bad is the injury?......its sound very bad since it makes you quit playing and hopefully it can get well soon and somehow you would change your mind.....
