So sad to see LCW lost again against LD. But i know LCW had tried his best. Congratz to LD that he owns the all major career titles. Once again, Lin Dan is the legend.

Why the negative topic! I propose a new topic that says : LIN DAN - THE LEGEND WHO HAS WON IT ALL!

as what i said after de japan open, super dan intentionally gifted it to datuk as a ploy to bring up his confidence sky high before taking it apart again.
and now, pralinescream is proven right yet again.

it's like talented player vs hardworking player. Talented player like Lin Dan always ahead of hardworking player like LCW. Does it mean that there is no way LCW can beat LD?

LD not only talented but also as hardworking as LCW..
One more thing found during the match is LCW attacking plan need to be sharpen ASAP or else rely too much on defence won`t help him much to beat LD (if LD fiery form continue) Keep on lifting ball high and let LD dictate the game will only end up losing badly

I am not too sure about whether Misbun gives advice to LCW like what u said about the strategy. Everytime i see Misbun just gave like less than 10 seconds advices then left whereas the oppononent coaches give more advice like Xia xuanzhe. Emmm....i am not too sure about this. what do you think?

Maybe its time LCW gets a new coach since Misbun seems to have run out of ideas on how to teach LCW?

First of all, I don't think LCW's coach will ever change til the very end.

To answer your question, I don't know, but whoever it is will be under huge pressure to sustain LCW's already super performance...and furthermore, to target Lin Dan. It will be unrealistic though, as probably only China coaches have that capability. Maybe Li Mao if he comes back.

Misbun is too calm sitting behind LCW..never saw Misbun giving instruction or motivating LCW during the game...

yeah, that's make me feel kinda curious. I know Misbun may gave LCW some proper training. But the problem is did he really do his job during the game interval.

but TH is running down the hill for the recent years. It seems like a little bit hap between LD & TH. TH still a legend back in early 2000.

ya stamina wise, Misbun is good coach..
However strategy wise, I still think Indonesia / China coach will be better...I think LCW made a mistake when he decline the invitation to play the China League last time.... at least that time he can know better about how Chinese player play and their playing style more clearly too..

I hope LCW will not say he lost because he has injury. Just said he lost to a better man today would be best.
