I not sure whether i posted on the right place. Hopefully, someone could answer my question.

I am planning to opening a badminton shop, is that okay if i sell or display yonex rackets in my store without acknowledge the yonex company? Will i get sue?

Thanks for everyone who can answer it.

How are you going to get stock then? Depending on the local rules you might not even be allowed to sell non-NZ/AS coded rackets ... In any case, for non-NZ/AS code how are you going to take care of warranty/guarantee? There's probably something in NZ consumer law about a mandatory warranty period ... Looks like it's 12 months for NZ. Sunrise guarantee is only like 3 or 6 months so you are responsible for the remaining 6-9 months then.

Thank you so much for your info. It seems like not easy to open a store, have to consider about the source and the consumer laws.
