Wang Shixian, why couldnt you beat Wang Yihan yesterday ? You could have a better chance against Li Xuerui....

YES ! So there's no reason for hardcore fans to panick about their chances in London . They are mentally stronger than the Chinese players who always faltered against European players.

As long as they are in good form and keep their focus intact, YES i believe they will win!

So if CHN XD are that good, how come they lost? Well, maybe they can defeat opponents they rote trained for but lose to those not in their radar? That means they are not that good overall because they cannot adapt to surprises.

That's what i said earlier..mentally they are not strong enough to deal with surprise. Indonesians are very different and better in that respect.. they dont care who they play against...as long as they try to win and come up with new solutions to overcome that fear..

Chinese players tend to panick very often when opponents matched their skill level and when it comes down to crucial points, unforced errors decide the winners.

Sorry i am referring to the much open category like MS WS and XD...WD titles are meant for Chinese players only unless they dont want it hahaha.

China has issues with XD...they got less than 3 months to deal with them...

seems not many people like to talk about this ongoing WD final. Badminton wise, I think it's a far better game than the mix final, quality plays from both side.

LXR has just gained 11,000 pts from winning this AE SSP title, this coupled with her German Open win that garnered her another 7,000 pts, has she overtaken Saina as WR 4 ? Anybody knows the calculation?

Congratulation Towi/Lilyana. That was not the best game from both pairs. Tantowi still has room to improve.Towi/Lilyana weakness is still obvious, despite not too easy to exploit though. Either Towi improve his defence and court coverage, or train harder on mobility to ensure Tantowi will always be at the back and Butet at the front.
