Taufik Hidayat is seen here at the Axiata Cup 2012 Semi Finals in KL using a familiar looking ArcSaber 10. However, a closer look will reveal a totally brand new colorway. Black, Gold, & White colorway. Close up still says ArcSaber 10. Black area looks matte. Gold color seems glossy.
This one has black at the major areas where the colour is white on the Arc10PG, like something of a "evil/nega" version of that racquet. Pretty cool looking racquet!
Yeah... New Arc 10 in Black are around the corner.....I like all Arc 10 design, including this new one...
This being posted 1st April makes me sceptical, however, the pictures don't lie. Finally, the black arc 10 is going to be released. Can't wait! Anyone know if this is a June/July release?
Wahh.....!!! Another Arc10 with new color.....?? Will wait for it..... First it was red then white and finally BLACK.....
LOL! My Photoshopping skillz are not that good, however if it's really a joke, then it's on me too ARC10 seems to be favorite & dependable racket for many players, i doubt Yonex will try to change the specs. My guess is Yonex is just refreshing the color scheme. Not sure if the photo below makes it clearer that it does say ArcSaber 10, with some space after it. Khai: You can continue to collect your Arc10s with theses!!
CarbonexFan, No need to keep up. Just buy this when the time is right... i.e; when your current one needs a companion or replacement...
There is no word from Yonex on this racquet at all. At the moment only the Special Limited Edition VT3, 9 and Z Force are due out in time for the Games. No other model is listed to enter UK at the moment. However, it won't be the first time that a last minute surprise greets our emails. Paul www.badminton-coach.co.uk
i reckon it's also odd timing that Yonex & Taufik chose to reveal a new colorway during a little known tournament that's focused on few countries in the South East Asia. Even the Australia Open will have a wider audience.
