Hey Badmintoncentral. This is my first post in the forum, but i hope you'll help me. Lately i bought a Pro's pro pilot (stringing machine) It's my first stringing machine, and i've never done it before. So i'm trying to string my racket (Carlton Fireblade Iso Elite) But i just can't finish it! I think my problem is that i know nothing about stringing patterns. Is there anyone out there that knows the stringing pattern for this racket? (Carlton Iso Elite) And am i suposed to put the string in a hole, i've allready strung? - If i'm suposed to, how do you do it? My string allways snatch when i try to. Thanks!
The carltons ive strung have been standard yonex patterns. Have a look at the yonex website and you'll find it there. Most racquets are strung with these patterns.
Maybe i should try that. Phili, i found some pictures in a nice quality, if you can see all the holes, would you be able to tell the pattern?
You see, the distance between the holes aren't the same, so i get the part with skipping some holes for cross'es, but there's so many! specially in the bottom, it's all messes up

Thank you for your answer. But i've watched tons of videos, and the actual stringing isen't my problem. It's the F@{%ING pattern Like where i have to tie the knots, and wich holes to skip. I've looked at the 3 string patterns in the yonex catalog, but none of those 3 seems to fit in.. if i follow them, exactly as the description says, the strings will be all.. misaligned?
Just string the racket in such a way that the gaps make sense and you'll have your pattern. Look at the pictures you posted and have the strings go through the same holes... The pattern isn't really different of the standard patterns, the only variation is usually from the extra grommets made for cross strings and you kinda know that you put the string in the wrong grommet if your string is 5mm away from the previous one.
Haha, i get your point. So there is no wrong way of doing it, if just the distance between the strings are correct? 2e Im such a noob!
Pretty much. There's always a chance of doing something wrong, but you'll never know unless you try. Stringing patterns are very logical and you should be able to figure everything out by yourself. Generally, you want to follow Yonex' pattern in this post http://www.badmintoncentral.com/for...-Pattern-...-all-models?p=1883766#post1883766 or the one above (NR700RP, etc) and adapt it to your racket. If it says go from X to Y and it doesn't make sense because it makes the gap too wide/narrow, don't do it and do what makes sense.
The pattern looks alot like the one on my forza, apart from the 3 shared holes on each side. Look at the forza 88hole pattern. It has no shared holes, but the principle is the same for the carlton, again apart from the 6 shared holes. Another thing is that you can usualy tell if its a cross or a main from what way the grommet is pointing. Cross grommets are usualy pointing downwards abit.
