Meanwhile, LCW leads Hu Yun by only a solitary point in Game 1!

Li Han registers her first victory against Saina Nehwal. 2-1 H2H against Li Han for saina now. Saina disappointed again against lower ranked player.

I wonder too. Maybe for us badminton enthusiasts and fans, it's " No fish, settle for prawns" (a Chinese saying, make do with what is available).

Well done, Han Li. Let's see how she fares against on-fire Sung JH tomorrow. Also curious and hopeful about WSX's performance later. Mitani and Jindapon's will be another good one.

may be her "higher ranked" is not justified .

At 12-6, that was some tricky backhand LCW attempted, leaving Hu Yun absolutely stranded; luckily for Hu Yun, the bird fell just out of the sideline... but his look of disbelief said it all! :D

LCW just tried a reverse slice backhand drop shot in the match! I don't think I've ever seen one during a professional match. Too bad it landed out

Han Li had Sun Yu's number, so to speak. Based on that, Han Li looks good against SJH.

Their H2H is 1:1. Han won the last one on her way to the Australian Open title. SJH did improve a lot though.

It seems KKK/TBH simply toying around in the court against chinese pair.
