The Thruster is nothing like a Z-Force. If anything it's probably like a slightly less head-heavy Voltric 70. Maybe.

Or, if you're cynical like me, a hybrid between the SW36 and BS11.

    ;)

No comparison. It's faster, more flexible and less head heavy.

True, but if I transitioned from the TK-8000 to a Z-Force, it would take a significant amount of time to become familiar with the stiffness and HHness?

Well I preferred my Vt-80 to my Vt-ZF and my Thruster to my Vt-80.

The biggest complaint against the Thruster is that it's too whippy to some. The Voltric on the other hand is like a dragster to me......lots of power but only in a straight line whereas the Thruster to me is like the GT-R of rackets!

But rackets are so personal so what's right for me could be totally wrong for you so you have to decide!

Haha. Elisha is the biggest fan of TK8000.

To me, the TK8000 is slower in defense and I have to switch to F9 if I am playing a more competitive doubles game. Recovery is slow if using TK8000. Maybe I dont have the strength to fully handle it. And the head heaviness might be a lil too much for the flex shaft. At times I get wrist injury using this when doing wrist smash or tap.

True.....I was smitten the first moment I used it!
To me it just feels like the extension of my arm and it puts a smile on my face every time I use it.

You have to admit, the paint quality is terrible. I've had it for a < 2 months and there's significant paint chips! I've only clashed rackets twice as well. But relating to the Z-Force, I think I'm going to purchase it :) I simply can't resist, haha.

    Clashing = chips
Your lucky when it doesn't leave a mark.
Clash the Vt-ZF and eventually it will chip as well.

I must be lucky then. So far no paint chip after clashing once.

You're lucky the clash doesn't break the racket, actually. Paint chips on clashes are really the least of your worries...

I let a buddy use my second Thruster once while we were partnered and we almost had a very minor clash which nearly made my heart stop....
That was the last time my spare Thruster left the bag.

Haha. I think you are the only one going to rate so high for this racket. To me, defense and maneuverability definitely rates lower.. Anyway, glad you found your perfect racket.

Yeah funny isn't it? On paper rackets like this should not work.
But the racket choose me and I'm amazed at how well I can defend with it.

I have 4u tk8000, and i think it is the best victor racket, the racket has small handle and longer shaft that make me really2 love it and from my opinion, this racket is lighter than mxjjs 4u racket i duno why, hehe, but i really loves this racket
