Well the measurements are reality. Just for another perspective that same vt80 above that has the 298bp as it was at the time now has a towel grip over wood only and strung 65's and it has a BP of 288 now. Towel grip just goes to start of cone
So, data is coming in, very good. Also: We need some more Nanospeed 8000 and 9900, MP99 and MP100 input, the CAB20 highly desired; if possible take the grip of, if not, keep on but come on. Currently, I'm reading a Wilson racket patent from 1991 also mentioning basic data for key specs of that time (they have a patent on rackets with a BP around 340+mm !), some golfing and tennis physics websites; I'm skimming various badminton racket charts, too, they really miss the points -- very poor semiotics: Are setup players more popular among flexible racket shafts?, is one such poor built in inference. It makes me think about the golden rules of graphing data, the lie factor and this quote "If statistics are boring, then you've got the wrong numbers. Finding the right numbers ... hard work ... creating beautful design." And I wonder why the AT700 and VT80 seems to be so popular these days... He uses towel grip with lead!?
Yeah haha Nope truth. why I think your results are going to be inaccurate, but still looking forward to seeing the end results.
Looks like... Just happened to collect one postage package from the post office and I borrow the digital weigh scale for a while to measure my VT80, it displayed 87.7gr. The racket is a 3UG5 JP coded unstrung, without overgrip and the plastic wrap removed. BP is 308-309mm.
That ARC10 looks on the too high side on the other hand: 310 with an overgrip??? Judging by the weight it looks more like a stock grip only? And even then 310 is highish ... But like I said with enough entries this is not a problem at all ...
I have an arc 10 and a vt 80 chopped at the same place below the T both with no string and same overgrip - arc 10 and vt head weight the same at 38.8g but the handle/shaft of the arc 10 is lighter at 51.6g and the vt 80 at 54.9g. This all states arc10 is head heavier in balance. But not to play and not by manufacturing statement. Both Uk and genuine. Anyways good luck with the chart.
Just saying your entry for ARC10 is 92.8gr. ? Less than the VT80 without strings and well bellow your other entries? String + overgrip must be close to 10gr at least ... (for some reason this all sounded like a deja vu just now )
I can supply the BP for some of these rarer/older racquets, Cab 21, 20, 15, 14, 11, 9, 8, 7, 3, Aerotus, BE110, Graphlex and Boron 2. I also have some of the older iso ones, Ti8 and Ti10, MP77, 88, 99, 100 etc... but unless you're really struggling to get data for these I'd rather not do them as it'd be too much work for me to ungrip and regrip with my 1 year old son running around! lol

Ok as requested, here are a few measurements taken from the easier ones to do in my collection. 665mm Racquets Boron 2 (Black/White) 2U, strung. BP = 290mm, Wt = 99.5g Cab 20 (Black/Blue) 2U, strung. BP = 298mm, Wt = 96.1g Cab 21 (Gold/Blue) 2U, strung. BP = 297mm, Wt = 96.6g Cab 9 Tour (Black/Gold) 2U, strung. BP = 298mm Wt = 95.8g Cab 8DX (Grey/Blue) 2U, strung. BP = 291mm, Wt = 98.7g 675mm Racquets MP100 (Red/Black) 3U, strung. BP = 299mm, Wt = 92.1g Arc8DX (White/Black) 3U, strung. BP = 298mm, Wt = 93g Ti10 (Black/Silver) 2U, strung. BP = 298mm, Wt = 95.6g Just out of interest I decided to cut my strings on my MP100 and see what the difference would be. MP100 3U dry. BP = 290mm, Wt = 89g. So that suggests that the strings shift the BP by about 9mm and the overall weight by about 3g. When I have time I'll do some others.
