I'm looking to get a new racket, I tried out the NS9900 for about 2/3 hours and I really liked it, however the only slight issue is the price. I have the money to pay for it, but if there's a cheaper alternative I'd be much more open to that.

    Any suggestions are helpful! Thanks

Then go for TI10. Much cheaper. Or NS9000x. Or vt70 just a bit head heavy than 9900.

VT70 and B12 N are very different rackets. The closest rackets to NS9900 are the Victor BS10 (5/5 Stiffness) the NS990, NR 100 and Nanoray 800. A Li Ning racket is also expensive. So the best option of a slightly cheaper version of the NS9900 is the BS10 a NS990 or a NR 100.

Stop spamming the BS12N. He asked from something similar to NS9900 which is very stiff.

ucantseeme covered the subject pretty well. Top of the line from Yonex or Li-Ning are going to cost a lot. Ans since you also live in Canada, you know that here even the discontinued products sell at a very high price!

The Brave Sword 10 would be the closest from Victor, but both brands make rackets that feel quite different from what I have tried.

I'm not so sure about the BS 10, it's quite a bit stiffer than the NS9900 so it takes more effort to use. What is your budget? You could get a used NS9900 for $140 ish? Victor rackets are pretty over priced in Toronto :(

li-ning racquets are not any much cheaper than yonex..

if you're interested you can always get an ns9900 shipped from hongkong or some online store. the ns9900 is an interesting racquet, so far nothing in yonex's new range feels nor plays the same, not even the nr800. its not about the shaft stiffness only, but the frame stiffness that gives it the trademark repulsion. the only racquet that i had felt was "superior" to the ns9900 in repulsion was the gosen ryoga shiden. if you can get a copy from malaysia in mint condition/used its probably a hundred to hundred twenty CAD. not sure abt prices in canada though
