User preference I guess, but after using a G11 for several sessions, I'm finding it too cushiony soft... affecting my forecourt touch shots as it has less feel. I still prefer G09.

I'm still diggin the G11, love the tackiness especially when my hands get sweaty.
Ordered some G16 to try and def nowhere near as tacky but I guess the stitching is supposed to
aid in the overall grippiness. They need an XS grip though to feel right for me.

Although I haven't used it yet, but consensus is that G10 is closest.

i've used G09, and now G10 and G11, i still believe that G11 with the holes which makes it more elastic and softer, so it's the closest to yonex supergrap. while gripping the G11 felt a bit flimsy and i thought it would break since i do stretch it quite a bit, but nope, pretty strong and just the right tackiness. the G10 is close but not as close as G11 because i still find it thick. the difference between supergrap and the G10 is that the G10 is thicker, and it's only single sided, whereas the supergrap is tacky on both sides of the grip.

i've used both G10 and G11 last night and they felt very similar. also, to update, the grip tape is working just fine, no readjustments needed :)

^ Tks! Good to know. I found G11 already too soft to feel my touch shots. Likely the G10 with no holes will feel harder? In any case, I'll know in a week. ;)

sorry, what i meant by hard as in too stiff to stretch, not elastic like a rubberband or like the yonex supergrap. the thickness of the G09 does make it soft to the touch when compressed on the grip :)

I usually grip lee Chong Wei style. Do you think G10 will stretch enough for me as I goto the cone? I go from buttcap and up :3 thanks.

Just gripped a racket (Forza TI 500) with some G10 and it is pretty elastic. Better than the G11 RKEP grips I have tried. You should be able to grip from cap to cone unless you double the thickness or have a really long handle like those from the XL rackets from BK or the AT900.

Also, good job by Eric, his new finishing tape is much better than the old ones.

Too bad about the improved grip tape... because it was so bad before (was actually good in 2011), I've come to finish wrapping the grip without any tape. :p

i've always done that just because it looks neater :) but only with yonex supergrap because their adhesive tends to be the most reliable compared to other grips like gamma, victor, and ashaway.

Sorry but, for non-registered mail, there is no need to sign for it right? Do they just drop it off at my door and leave? Or do I have to goto my post office to go get the packages. Thanks.

They ring the door, if no one is there they leave a note to come pick it up. Bring photo I.D. if you go to pick it up.
