    I don't think it's for girls and neither do I think the color's too girly. The 65SF is also 2E, just like 65XS. The sizing for girls only shoes between 22-26cm while men or in general are 22-29cm. Female shoes are not 2E either. Maybe it's a special one made for people with slim feet, just like the 65SF (Shoji Sato used it too).
