Additional strings worth having a try: Victor VS-850: The feel from this string is just top notch. One of the best on the market IMO. Stiff string, but not as hard as BG80. Medium durability, loses tension quickly. Gosen Pro66: Medium hard feeling, thin gauge string with pretty average durability. Gosen R4X110: Arguably this string offers the best bang for the buck. Crisp and lively, but the freshness does not stay for too long. Gosen R4XMomone: Superior than R4X110 in almost every aspect except for the price and durabilty. My second favorite.
