    In a way, yes.
Not strung yet, so she too cannot test it out!
So I am guaranteed to see it again, if only to install BG80 @ 29lbs......... OR Z65 Black.......mmmmm (thinking), if I install the Z65, she may not want to play with it?
Ashaway it is then (when I finally get to see the racquet again)!

"Au contraire" The NEW Rev has a been newly stencilled (with our Special Panda Stencil), and will be having a new Mrs. icepilot style grip fitted tonight!
Yeah, but a new-NEW racquet must be tested, by all, to check that your existing bat (the Rev) is still viable, for use as a weapon, on court.

If, and only then after further discussion, Mrs. icepilot decides she likes the PPV2 and wants to upgrade, I will then have to be in touch with Mark A to check availability, so she can get her own!

I, too am confused by this. One online slang dictionary gives a whole host of meanings for EE, taken from popular culture. But none seemed to fit its use in this thread. (?)
(best was 'ersatz elevator' from lemony snicket novel) ;-)

Has anyone heard from Noah (Canada West) regarding shipment? Last I heard he was sending to laser engraving, that was almost a month ago. I've tried to contact him twice now but there hasn't been a response. As a consumer this doesn't instill much confidence. If something happens to a racquet that might be a defect do we contact our local distributor or the manufacturer?

This Panda has replied, didn't see your e-mail until now because it was in Panda's Spam Folder for some reason. Thanks and Happy New Year! :)

I've now played a couple of sessions with the PPv2 (mostly doubles), so I'll give my impressions of the racket. My previous racket was an adidas duoforce with a BP of 283 and I've decided to up the BP to 290 with the PPv2. I thought it would take me a while to get used to this, but it only took me 2 games :). Racket is strung at 24lbs with yonex U66.

The red colour looks great with some "camouflage" spots on the sides, but I still haven't decided on what string colour would suit this racket best (any tips are welcome). I can't really compare with other Panda rackets, but the paint job looks solid, I don't think paint chips will come off easily. Oh, I really like the golden bottom cap too!

On the court I immediatly felt this racket was more head heavy than my previous racket (duoforce), but goddamn, this racket swings fast! It took me some time to get used to the swing speed, but most of my clears were smoothly going to the back of the court. For smashes it's easy to generate power, but I wouldn't rate this racket as a real powerhouse (or it's me not being able to use its full potential :)), but it's more than enough power for me! Defense really surprised me, nice fast swing for smashes and I even put some lobs out court! Where this racket really shines for me is control and stability. Control over the shuttle was amazing, I could put the shuttle where I wanted it without too many errors. and my net play improved, a lot sharper and more precise.

For me this racket is the perfect all-rounder, I love it! It's not perfect in all categories (which racket is?!), but it performs excellent in all departments and that's what I was looking for.

PS: Are there still some rackets left of the PPv2 batch? I'm tempted to order a 2nd one :)

Nobody else tried the new PPv2???

    Where are the comments?
Myself, as I posted, liked the control, stability and speed of the racquet. But I was expecting more power out of it. I am in process of finding a different stringing set-up to test.

Not here. It seems the distributor for Canada West has gone MIA. Dinkalot has sent me his info to contact him directly, I just haven't had the chance yet.

Same for the distributor for Malaysia. Sent several emails and no reply. No Panda for me I guess.
