oops, it's not 2420, it's 2220. sorry bout the mistake =P. But i did get the bag for around $20 Cad :) and i bought it in taiwan too. I guess I got a discount for buying rackets, strings, grips and running shoes from the same place :D

After reading most of the thread, I think I must have the cheapest gear around ;) On any given day, I'd have in my bag a Cab 8SP, and either another Cab 8SP or my Cab 10SP, a spare t-shirt, water bottle and a spare babolat grip. No shuttles (they are provided when I play comps or socials), no shoes (I wear em) and no strings either (I give it to someone else for restrings).
During comp season, I'd also have the scorebook with me. I'd probably consider the scorebook to be more valuable because my club could get fined if I lose it
    :D

Quick update: since I started this thread, I've since reduced the value of my gym kit by some 25%. I now carry only 3 racquets, instead of 4 (3 because I once broke 2 strings in 1 day); and I no longer carry any spare strings because I now string my own racquets.

So, current estimated bag value: $150. :)

hum ok heres my bag only what i bring to the gym though, all in retail value.

    Head bag: $42.79
    Yonex Iso 80 VFS + Bg65: $133.73
    Forza Legend 80 + Bg65: $140.17
    grip: $13.37
    badminton shirt: $42.45
    clothing (shorts (2) and t-shirt (1)): $44.90
    others(shuttles, deoderant, medical, etc.): $44.93

    total: $462.34

thats like 23 times the money i keep in my wallet. and i leave it out in plain sight at the gym well there are alot of people that have more stuff in their bags which is worth more, and the fact that it is a head bag and it will make them think theres nothing important in it anyways. as for cell, wallet and keys they all stay in the locker.

here's my stuff :) its not a whole lot compared to some people here.. because i'm not that rich and close to sources of cheap badminton equipment, and have to have my things brought in from asia. all prices are in CAD$ for easier calculation, using CAD$1=NT$26. rackets are TW coded, and prices are the prices i bought my stuff at

    Yonex 2420 bag ($45)
    MP55 2UG5 ($123)
    AT800DE ($160)
Nike court shoes ($60-80  bought in canada)
    water bottle ($1)
    tube of Mavis 300 ($14)
Yonex AC102 grip tape ($7.50, Canadian bought)
Yonex A440 grip tape ($4.00, free from taiwan)

Total: $424.50 Cad.. usually i have my shoes and 1 racket on me, so the stuff i leave lying around is less ;)
